Yes. Signing in is mandatory to book a slot online. You can only select and confirm a booking after signing in to your account.

Are the prices different for online and counter bookings?

No. The booking price and food prices are the same for both online and counter bookings. There are no additional charges for booking online.

Why is a time slot marked in yellow?

A yellow slot means the slot is no longer available for online booking. Online bookings must be made at least 1 hour before the slot starts.

For example, if the slot is 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, it must be booked online before 2:00 PM. After that, the slot will be marked yellow.

Yellow-marked slots can be booked directly at the counter if they are still available.

How long is one booking slot?

Can I book more than one slot in a day?

Accepted Answer

No. Only one slot per day is allowed for both online and counter bookings. Booking another slot on the same day using a different phone number, account, or booking method is strictly not allowed. If found, you will be asked to leave the cell.

What happens if I arrive late?

Your booking will still end at the originally scheduled end time. Extra time cannot be provided for late arrivals.

Is the ₹400 booking amount included in my food bill?

No. The ₹400 is the cell booking charge. Food and dessert payments must be paid separately at the counter.

Yes. A minimum of 2 items must be purchased for every cell booking. The requirement is based on the number of items purchased, not the total bill amount.

Can't I just buy one item?

No. Purchasing one high-priced item does not fulfil the minimum order requirement. The price of a dish may reflect its higher ingredient and preparation costs, so a higher bill amount does not replace the requirement of purchasing at least 2 items.

Food modifications may be available depending on the item. However, the minimum purchase requirement of 2 items must still be fulfilled.
